These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thore application ("Thore", "the Service"), operated under the name Thore, based in Latvia, European Union. By creating an account or using Thore you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Thore. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

6. Privacy & encryption
Your use of Thore is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted; we cannot read them. 7. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content/messages will always be recoverable (for example, encrypted messages cannot be recovered without your passcode).
8. Termination
You may stop using Thore and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for user-generated content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
